Custom Seats
We produce cnc milled foam custom seats. We have different types of foam, FrameFoam (whick is harder) and a softer foam with a lower density (Yellow).
Customers can send a plaster cast (which we digitize) or an digital file (STL). These digital models are processed by our CAD CAM software and milled into foam with our custom made CNC Machine.

Custom Mattresses
We also produce cnc milled foam matresses. We mill in a bultex foam that has a very high comfort factor. We have been using this foam for over 5 years and we have had only positive feedback.

Headrests
We produce a variety of standard headrest in foam. Different sizes, small, medium and large. And different shapes, shallow or deep. These headrests are milled in FrameFoam.

Standard Seat and Back
We also produce standard seats with an anatomical correct shape. Based on the seat width and seat depth we calculate the shape for the seat and the back.
The standard seats are milled in the higher density FrameFoam or lower density yellow foam.

Materials / Foam Types
When you want us to mill out a shape, you can choose different types of foam. We have FrameFoam ®, T46320 (yellow foam) and B40160 (mattress foam).

FrameFoam ®
This foam is generally used to mill out seats. Framefoam is a specially developed Polyurethane material that provides potential solutions for support functions in comfort applications. Framefoam provides solid support. This makes Framefoam a proven stable and valuable alternative for traditional furniture construction materials. It has a big cell structure which makes it firm (29-32kg/m) and which allows for a perfect contact with the patients body.
T46320 (yellow foam)
This foam can also be used to mill out seats. This is a high density foam (46kg/m) but has a softer feel than FrameFoam ®.
B40160 (mattress foam)
The mattress foam we use has a density of 40kg/m. It has been specially developed for use as mattresses. When the patient lays in the mattress milled out for his or hers body, it provides a perfect contact with the body which results in a perfect weight distribution and minimalistic pressure points.

Please contact us if you want us to send you some samples of our foam types.

How we work
Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
